For us, literary translation is a process of co-creation rather than mechanically moving words from one language to another. We believe that a good translator is also an excellent writer who can translate the subtle messages and cultural nuances of the original content. That is why we work with translators who are professional writers in their native languages.
We provide grammatically accurate translations that are so culturally sensitive and tuned to the needs of the audience they are intended for. After the translation is complete, the text is edited by a published author. For example, the children's books translated by us were edited by Alice Hemming and Grace Bowman, whose works are published in the UK by Maverick Children's Books and Penguin. English, Russian, Korean and Chinese are the key languages we work with.
